A superb piece of English ceramic history — this antique Royal Doulton Lambeth stoneware bowl  dates to between 1901 and 1922, confirmed by the impressed Royal Doulton England backstamp with the lion, crown and intersecting-D motif introduced when Doulton was granted the Royal Warrant by King

The main body depicts both tavern & hunting scenes.

This bowl depicts period dressed locals drinking in a tavern & underneath these are running hounds & stags .measures 4 inch wide and 2 1/2 inch tall
