A set of 9 comical hand drawn pen and ink coloured original drawings tilted PIGTURES by HILLARY SCOBLE each one has a different name for the brightly coloured pig depicted in the drawing. Each one is signed and dated 89 or 90. I have spoken to the artist who confirmed that these are original pen and ink drawings. Each one comes in a clip frame with glass measuring 5 inch wide 7 inch long. Educated at Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design, I now run Church Mouse Studio gallery in Hythe, Kent. From this vantage point I love to observe all that the quaint Cinque Port town of Hythe, and the surrounding beaches and fields of Kent, have to offer. Inspired by England’s beauty and quirkiness in equal measure, my paintings respond with fine detail, humour, and warmth.
