Description
This is an antique French, Art Nouveau ink well. with decorative pen tray, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900. has a typical female head with her hair in a bun with embossed stylised flowers. The glass inkwell is original to the piece and sits snugly in the hole the glass inkwell has a luverly embossed hinged lid .The pen stand has 4 nicely shaped feet .Not sure of what metal its made from but its heavy either bronze or brass and patinated measures 6 1/2 inch long by5 inch wide
